Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
This policy covers the NexKit brand site at nexkit.uk only — the public information and navigation site you're on now. It does not require you to create an account, and it does not accept file uploads; nothing you'd put through a NexKit tool ever touches this particular site. Each product site — tools.nexkit.uk, pdf.tools.nexkit.uk, network.tools.nexkit.uk, and blog.nexkit.uk — is built and hosted separately and, where relevant, publishes its own privacy policy covering what happens on that site specifically.
This brand site runs lightweight, anonymous first-party analytics operated by NexKit itself (no third-party analytics vendor), shared across the NexKit portfolio — nexkit.uk, tools.nexkit.uk, pdf.tools.nexkit.uk, blog.nexkit.uk, and network.tools.nexkit.uk. It sets two first-party cookies scoped to .nexkit.uk: an anonymous visitor identifier (nexkit_vid, kept up to 1 year) and a session identifier (nexkit_sid, kept 30 minutes), used only to count unique visitors, sessions, and page views in aggregate. The identifiers themselves are never stored — only an irreversible cryptographic hash of each — and no IP address, full browser user-agent string, or page content is recorded alongside them. This site does not currently serve advertising. If that changes in the future — see the note on planned advertising below — this policy will be updated at the same time, not afterward.
Some NexKit pages may later include clearly marked affiliate links to relevant third-party services. If you click one of those links, NexKit may record a first-party affiliate_click event containing only the site, page path, destination category, partner label, placement label, and server timestamp. NexKit does not store the full destination URL, link text, page content, file names, IP address, or full browser user-agent string in that affiliate event.
Like any website, requests to this site pass through hosting and content-delivery infrastructure (currently Cloudflare) that needs to process basic request metadata to deliver, cache, secure, and troubleshoot pages — things like IP address, browser/user-agent string, the URL requested, timestamp, referring page, and response status code. This is standard web-server operation, not a NexKit-specific tracking system, and NexKit does not use it to build advertising profiles.
NexKit does not currently publish a fixed retention period for this infrastructure-level request data; it is retained only as long as the hosting and security tooling requires for normal operation, delivery, and abuse prevention. If a fixed retention period is adopted, this section will be updated to state it.
If you email NexKit at any of the addresses on the Contact page, your email address, the content of your message, and anything you choose to attach are processed so NexKit can read, route internally if needed, and reply to your request. That correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period afterward for reference, then deleted.
NexKit's sites are not directed at children, and NexKit does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to NexKit, contact [email protected] and it will be removed.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data NexKit holds about you — in practice, primarily the content of any email you've sent. To exercise any of these, contact [email protected]. NexKit does not claim certification under any specific privacy framework; this policy describes what the site actually does, not a compliance guarantee.
Planned advertising (not yet active): NexKit intends to use Google AdSense to display advertising on eligible pages in the future. As of the date at the top of this policy, no advertising has been enabled on nexkit.uk. When that changes, consent choices for users in the UK, EEA, and Switzerland will be presented through a Google-certified consent management platform before any relevant ad serving, ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent choices and region, and this section will be updated to describe the live configuration rather than the plan.
File handling policies for specific tools are provided on the relevant product site, including PDF Tools Privacy and File Deletion Policy.
For privacy or data questions, contact [email protected]. For security reports, use [email protected].
Changes to this policy: if NexKit materially changes what data this site processes — for example, by enabling advertising or analytics — this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. Checking back periodically is the simplest way to stay current.
